Laboratory Automation Engineer/Programmer:

Connor-Winfield is seeking a talented R&D Laboratory Automation Engineer/Programmer to support our ASIC design team.

Job Description:

The R&D Laboratory Automation Engineer/Programmer will support the ASIC design team by setting up lab equipment, establishing test procedures, executing tests, data acquisition, troubleshooting collaboration, and device programming. Some numerical data processing will also be required. Must be able to work as a member of a cross-functional team within a self-organizing management structure and be flexible in responding to a changing business environment.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Equivalent Experience
• 3+ years experience of C/C++ programming
• 3+ years experience of Data Acquisition programming
• 3+ years experience of LabView programming
• Experience with LabView driver programming
• Experience and knowledge of numerical analysis
• Demonstrate ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Self-starter willing to get involved in multiple facets of projects
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, documentation, analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment
